As with most things with Vessel Craft Coffee, we do Bourbon Barrel Aged Coffee differently. When most roasters use green, unroasted beans, we fill the barrel with freshly roasted espresso. This allows for the coffee to take on the flavor of the Bourbon without absorbing too much liquid. There is a delicate balance between coffee and humidity--which is why time in the barrel is an art as much as a science.

  • Sip hot Bourbon Barrel Aged Coffee after dinner with your favorite dessert.

  • Try it on ice to intensify the Bourbon experience.

Pro tip: Try as a cold brew to intensify the bourbon flavor.

New look, same great coffee.

This is truly my favorite coffee. It is great no matter how you make it, but my favorite weekend treat is making it in the Chemex. I have also given this as gifts several times—always to rave reviews. Treat yourself (or maybe someone else, if you really like them)! You won’t regret it!

A very flexible coffee, all day drinkerI drink coffee all day using pour over, self grind. Bought this really because I am also a bourbon drinker. Very pleasantly surprised. This is a mild coffee but with good strength at my normal grind, but holds the flavor and mildness even if you take the grind finer or the amount of coffee up, with the flavor staying consistent over the spectrum iRead more about review stating Pour over coffee fanatic - a very flexible coffee, all day drinkernstead of becoming more bitter or the coffee and flavor separating (which happens on too many flavored coffees). A good blending of flavor(ing) and coffee and definitely not one where the flavoring is meant to cover weaker beans.
